LMS Jazz Band

The LMS Jazz Band is an after school music ensemble that rehearses and performs swing, latin, rock, pop, and funk styles. We perform at the Band Pops Concert (Wednesday, March 5th) and the Arlington District Jazz Festival (Monday, May 19th). We rehearse on Thursdays after school until 3:15 in the LMS Band Room.

Because we meet once a week, members are expected to attend all rehearsals and practice at home. If you plan on doing a winter or spring school sport, please communicate with Mr. Ryan and your coach - it’s important to keep all adults aware of conflicts. Note: Students with multiple unexcused absences from Jazz Band may be exempt from performing with us in concerts.
